Articles are created based on Bug Reports from the last quarter.


Bug report is available on all pricing plans and here for you to submit tech issues that cannot be resolved with Help Center articles.

Bug Report is the most efficient way to deal with tech issues because it goes directly to the tech team. The form is created to avoid back and force communication and collect a detailed report on the subject.

You can find it here in the Help Center or in Chat.

Please note that tech issues or bugs should be related to Gurucan platform performance and features. 
We do not provide tech assistance to integrate Gurucan with third-party software and manage settings that are not on Gurucan side.

Email communication for support unavailabe on any pricing plan. Direct email support showed inefficiency since many emails landed in a Spam folder๐Ÿ˜ญ. We simply do not receive the requests in time, and it's regrettable.

That's why we replaced it with Bug Report.


Gurucan Support heroes will be happy to help you out via live chat on any pricing plan. You can check the usual reply time & working hours in the chat interface.

Starting from the Pro plan, you get Priority Support.

Can't see the widget for some reason?

Check if you have enabled AdBlockers in your browser - add our address to the exceptions, and the widget should be there.
