If your trial period is over, access to the admin panel is blocked. To continue using the Gurucan platform, pay for your chosen tariff in the My Account - Billing section.

If you have already connected your card, the tariff will be debited automatically monthly until you cancel your subscription.

If the automatic debiting did not happen - check if there are enough funds on the linked card - this is the main reason for blocking the account. We advise you always to check the balance and keep the required amount on the card to avoid possible difficulties. In total, there will be three auto-write attempts - every three days, so if the first time it was not possible to write off the funds for the tariff, there will be two more attempts.
